A Critical Assessment of the LSE Report on GNSO Reform

The Internet Governance Project has produced an assessment of the LSE Report. You can link to it here. While praising the report's "X-ray" of how the GNSO works (or doesn't work) now, the analysis pays close attention to the proposed re-distribution of voting power in the GNSO and poses the question, "Did the LSE people really intend this?"
