jamielove writes "Here is the letter the Trans Atlantic Consumer Dialogue sent today to the Committee on ICANN Reform and Evolution. TACD is a forum that includes about 45 European and 20 US consumer organizations."

The TACD recommendations cover five areas, including:

  1. Boundaries for ICANN Mission,
  2. Decentralization,
  3. Consumer Protection for Domain Names,
  4. Representation of Consumer Interests, and
  5. Transparency and Conflicts of Interest.
