Anonymous writes "Swedish lawyer Mikael Pawlo has written a column on why he is afraid of the At Large Study Committe chairman Carl Bildt. Pawlo states that he's afraid that the suggestion by Bildt will lead to a domain regulator with poor representation and a system where only landowners (domain name holders) can claim a right to vote.
