ICANN Director Karl Auerbach posted the Stockholm entry in his "Decision Diary" today. It contains a mea culpa for voting for nonexistent minutes, plus grumblings about the ICANN Board's informal pre-meeting meetings--where the real discussions happen.

Auerbach also posted the text of two proposed resolutions: Proposed Resolution Regarding the At-Large and Proposed Resolution Regarding a DNSO Constituency for Individuals Who Own Domain Names.
