Interesting. The posting above says says:

"The site has grown to become a one-stop location for resources, cases, and news available for individuals...."

    (Individuals listed first).

    But the web page says:

"This site has been designed to provide resources and information on the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, Internet law, domain name litigation and news for attorneys, trademark holders, and domain name registrants."

In other words "registrants" is listed last "attorney" listed first.

Not coincidentially, the site owner says (see About):

"This experience has enabled me to draft domain name disputes, assist with trademark protection, the cease and desist campaign, contracts, and litigation."

    "Disputes...cease and desist compaign..."??

It seems that the bias of the site will be toward the protection of IP and trademark interests. (We know what type of law the operator of this site will be practicing.)

Regardless of your view that the site is slanted toward trademark interests, I have sought to create a useful site for anyone interested in UDRP issues. I have tried to place links for all areas- reselling (see Afternic & GreatDomains), research (see the USPTO site), news (wide variety of news links available), domain search (WHOIS, NSI, popular registrars), the official ICANN site and ICANNwatch, and dispute providers.

Domain name holders can benefit from knowing these resources just as attorneys and trademark holders. Before this site was created, one had to search through many sites to find these same links.

While I cannot deny my background, I am not excluding my site to anyone. Use it to help avoid trouble, protect your sites, and stay knowledgable about the ever-changing world of domain names. Love it or hate it, but the fact is the sites I have collected provide information, something important to all involved in domain issues.

The site is a work in progress, and will continue to provide information available to all sides of the domain name spectrum.
