I wuz sorta right about the last prediction, so I'll make another one. Within two months someone will succeed in knocking the majority of the net offline for awhile. ICANN's SSAC, which is actually partially made up of some pretty clued folks, will be shown to be as ineffectual through its relationship to ICANN as anything else which comes within its orbit, and perhaps that non-moronic ruler of the free world will look up a DoC number in his Rolodex and ask them WTF is up.
