And for something completely different we have ICANN's ultimate policy body, the ICANN staff, that operates with a degree of secrecy that is envied by the NSA and NRO. Anybody wanna place bets on how many minutes ICANN's board will take to rubberstamp Stuart Lynn's personal plan for three sponsored TLDs? Oh, I forgot - that decision will occur at a closed dinner meeting or on an unrecorded, untranscribed phone call that is closed to the public.
