    I don't know where you're getting your information, but you really should double check it before posting.

    1. It is Arthur.

    2. KPMG have been the only auditors of record, no other firm was involved, or fired.

    ICANNWatch is a very good (I would say the best) source of independent information about ICANN. Now that the BoD, and above them the Staff, and above them other figures in the shadows, have all the power they could ever want, and internet users have none, the provision of accurate independent information is even more crucial. -g
