Apologies to the fine and upstanding firm of Arthur Andersen for turning a very important e into the much less dignified a. It shall not happen again.
I also realise that it's Arther and not Arthur, but I prefer to spell it with a u anyway.
I may have been mistaken in my claim that Andersen was ICANN's auditor. I had heard that they were, and were then fired for KPMG. As it turns out, it was another firm that was fired in favour of KPMG.
