I can't wait to watch ICANN squirm on this one! Let's disband this unholy union and start over again fresh with true "bottom up" concensus and public participation!

Don't you realise that the lawyer's are going to make a fortune from this? Perhaps Icann has something to hide, something that if made public, may force the resignation of the boardsquatters leaving the company in Karl's hands. If this is true ICANN will drag this dispute out for years....... and the only winner will be ... [hint hint]
Of course ICANN can pay the bill, but that will mean less for Stuart Lynn and Lous' law firm.
