You forgot one...
6) Holier-Than-Thou types (like yourself) who think that their shit doesn't stink and that they are the only ones who have anything to contribute. If other people express themselves differently than you -- they are accused of being Flamers, Bickerers, Me-Too Crowds, Speculator, or Whackos. I guess since you are the only one who has anything good to say we should just make you the leader?
