Please point me to the ICANN Board resolution authorizing M. Stuart Lynn to announce that ICANN will defend itself vigorously to protect the rights of the corporation. IOW, he's already decided to give even more of their ostensibly scarce funds to JDRP. And if you can't find those minutes, admit that this is just a further example of the staff doing as it pleases without proper procedures or oversight from the BoD, further contraventions of their fiduciary duties. -g
