This is a must read. I share with you my doubts that the ".aero" thing will attract any comments, but let me say this: check this out, reflect and transpose this operating into different policies matters. You get the idea of ICANN. I don't wanna go longer... but prolly Prof Froomkin, and of course the Editorsm could well follow the matter and prepare a Reconsideration Request. I am sure the comunity will help on this Request. I simply think it's a good idea to show, a bit at least, that the comunity is awaken.
Anyway... wassup with the Recon.req made by Froomkin and Weinberg? isn't it time to move to the Independent? http://www.icann.org/committees/reconsideration/weinberg-request-08aug01.htm

An ICANN staff position must be every lawyer's dream.
They get to be a judge, with no courtroom or jury.
There is no record of their actions.
