It is to laugh; as with money, whenever someone says 'it's not about free speech,' guess what? It's about free speech. This was never more true than in the pathetic decisions ordering transfers in sucks.com cases.
(Regarding the 12/07 - 4:27 posting) As far as your recounting of Sallen's, my, history of domain ownership and practices goes, this is pure revisionism. Even if you had your facts straight, and they're not even close, I wouldn't agree with your Ashcroftesque conclusions. The fact that they are based soley on convenient figments of your imagination make them just sad. jdsallen
ps - You certainly take full advantage of the anonymity offered by the Internet. No problems with that feature, eh? You wouldn't be one of those racketeers, ie, lawyers getting paid to rob private citizens of private property and free speech now, would you?
