Although the result puts the domain back in the hands of squatter Sallen, it also says that federal courts & the ACPA trump domain name dispute arbitrations under the UDRP (which is a good thing).
Sallen will still lose the case in the District Court, and may even have to pay statutory damages under ACPA (see the Victoria's Secret case from the Southern District of Florida). This is not a case about Free Speech, it is a case about cybersquatting and Sallen will lose.
