    It's for when people have disputes....

    There is no dispute...

    I run a vacation website in the area where Mount Rushmore is located......which more than qualifies me to have the website address....

    The registrant of rushmore.info would not have a claim to mountrushmore.info because: the words are generic, mountrushmore is not confusingly similar to a trademark in which it has rights, looks like our friend Mr. K has at least some legitimate interest in the domain name, and the domain name does not appear to have been registered in bad faith. Thanks all you need- no successful UDRP claims here.
