A number of organisations generate TLDs which may be accessed via the internet. Certain of these are administered by ICANN, but ICANN is not the governing body for domain name registration services and neither ICANN nor any other body has authority to prevent any organization or company from operating any domain name system that is competitive with ICANN.
The Company is not registered by or affiliated to ICANN and does not provide domain name services in relation to any TLD which ICANN currently administers.
The Customer acknowledges that it will only be able to access websites using the .usa TLD's if the Customer:
uses an ISP which resolves DNS from TLD Networks; or
upgrades its DNS settings to that of the co-operating TLD Networks root server systems
