Registrars have basic obligations to their registrants according to their agreement with ICANN. In this case, AllDNS resells for All West Communications who should be able to help you out with your situation in some manner. According to ICANN, their contact information is:

    Contact: Kyle Taylor
    Email: info@awregistry.net
    Tel: (801) 488-1200
    (877) REG-NAME

    Hope this helps...

ALLDNS Advertised For Free on ICANNWatch
    by Anonymous on Tuesday October 30 2001, @04:23AM (#3245)
ALLDNS is owned by that silly Derek Conant who purports to have an organization called the Domain Name System General Assembly (or the DNSGA). In the past, he has several times put links to alldns.com and dnsga.org in posts on ICANNWatch which had nothing to do with the thread in which the links were posted. Perhaps ICANNWatch should edit out these spam-posts, rather than provide a forum for the free advertising of services that may (or may not) harm consumers?

It is too bad to hear of this kind of problem.
It does happen from time to time.
I guess anyone can report to U.S. federal trade commission at
http://www.ftc.gov and Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.com

Also Any registrant should consider more than just price
when choosing a registration service. Many registrants mistakenly
think the cheaper is the better. As always, good service
comes with a good price even though vice not versa!!!
