The At Large Study Committee is chaired by Mr Carl Bildt. Co-chairmen are Mr Chuck Costello and Mr Pindar Wong. Esther Dyson is indeed on the At Large Study Committee, but she is not holding the position you suggest.
By the way, this is quite slow reporting by ICANNwatch. I submitted news on this a couple of days ago and I did it very late. My submissions were never posted or approved. There could be plenty of reasons for that, like my submissions not beeing straight to the point, written with poor grammar or whatever. However, you can not use ICANNwatch as a news source. It is simple not quick enough on news (I love the service provided, though, this is just a reflection on the speed of reporting). Be sure to always look at the Study Committee web site to learn the latest about the committee work.
