great comment ;-) it has really much substance! ;-)

    Now something about TM holders:

On September 18, 2000 wired.com wrote an article (about) ?Internet Land Rush at TM Office?
(http://www.wired.com/news/print/0,1294,38824,00.html) and Von Eric Lerner Kalaydjian.
Now I think it is tome for an update. Mr. Kalaydjian filed various TM applications
for the word ?sex? combined with some potential future Top Level Domains. Below
    you find these applications listed:

Serial Number Reg. Number Word Mark Live/Dead Indicator
    1 78072101 SEX.INFO LIVE
    2 78014925 SEX.WEB LIVE
    3 78035833 SEX.PRO LIVE
    4 78014928 SEX.BUY LIVE
    5 78035843 SEX.INFO LIVE
    6 76092746 2461859 SEX.SHOP LIVE
    7 76031958 SEX.SHOP DEAD
    8 76031959 SEX.SHOPS LIVE

I registered the domain sex.shop at New.net on March 05, 2001. Not only one day later
I got following e-mail from Mr. Kalaydjian, in which he claimed rights in that domain.

    >>Betreff: sex.shop
    Von: KAmazonian@aol.com
    An: steinle@web.de

    Datum: 06.03.01 01:35

    to whom it may concern........

im the owner of three united states trademarks.........

i believe you have purchased the domain sex.shop by mistake......

i need it for my products.........
    please respond asap......

Btw. adultshop.com Ltd. wanted to buy my domain. But not with me. Now I partner with them!

    Check it out at http://www.ADULT.shop

And if you can't access the site blame your ISP and use a high quality one.
