    .WEB domains work fine if you want to test them with your own DNS. But IOD has said that they don't want to create an alternative root like new.net, since they play by the rules and intend to be in the roots.

    If you think giving the finger to ICANN like new.net does is right, then fine. I'd prefer to do it right.

    What I recieved was a great domain name in a simply wonderful extension that I am confident someday will be in the root, with a company that has never once failed to address any concern or question I had.

    One has to look no further than ICANN to discover why .web doesn't have "any visibility". But speaking of "visibility", I clicked on your link. Not only could I not "see the whole Internet" (as vast and expansive as it may be), I couldn't even see your site. I must not have the right plug in, huh?

    Perhaps you would have been better off "registering some space on the moon". At least we all know where the moon is.
