ICANN now has at least two-years of comtemplating
their navels and TLD Proof-of-Concept reports to
review. That will be a big job for the clueless ICANN
Board. Have people forgotten Esther Dyson's comments
about the ICANN Board developing consensus ?
She said the consensus was non-existent because
the ICANN Board did not know anything. Does the
ICANN Board know anything now ?
Anyone with a clue is routing around ICANN.
Why would people attend meetings to talk to fools?
