    I don't see Domain Monger (TuCows AFAIK), so I feel good in that respect.

    Everybody should just boycott the .biz domain. It is silly and redundant. All it does is duplicate the .com domain and doesn't resolve any of the trademark/copyright issues. But we've all heard this rant before.

    Sorry to dissapoint you but Tucows is on the list.

    If you are dealing with a Tucows reseller / affiliate that did not engage in this alleged illegal lottery you could still be affected. In fact I would concern myself here more with the registrar than the reseller / affiliate.

    Of course this is all speculation but you may wish to consider how a .com registrant with one of the registrars mentioned in the complaint would be affected if the court finds for the plaintiffs.

    Thank you very much for finding and posting this information. It makes for very interesting and revealing reading
