"Give them a chance to reform."
When NSI had its monopoly, the USG - for obvious reasons - capped DNS pricing. This is the reason the $6 wholesale price for .com still exists today. Now that competition has been accomplished (info, us, biz, name) should this price still be capped? A second question is "did the authority to cap pricing (or regulate pricing) transfer from the USG to the private, ICANN entity?"
Where does ICANN reform stand on this?
What is ITU's position should it take a more active role with ICANN?
