An alternative, which is included in the order that e360insight has proposed to the court, would be to have Spamhaus' registrar, Tucows, remove the domain from the zone file. As an ICANN-accredited registrar, Tucows has adopted the UDRP, which states in paragraph 3(b): "3. Cancellations, Transfers, and Changes. We will cancel, transfer or otherwise make changes to domain name registrations under the following circumstances: . . . b. our receipt of an order from a court or arbitral tribunal, in each case of competent jurisdiction . . . ." This obligations applies upon notice to Tucows; e360insight does not even have to bring Tucows into the lawsuit.
