A reader points me to this link [icann.org] in which all is revealed:The results of the first round of voting for the ICANN Board seat # 14 are:
Rita Rodin 12 votes
Philip Sheppard 11 votes

21 Ballots received and a total of 27 votes cast.
The second round of voting will proceed as set out in the Election
procedure:
http://gnso.icann.org/elections/election-procedure s-01jun06.htm [icann.org]
Rita Rodin and Philip Sheppard will appear on the ballot in the second
round.
Michael Geist is eliminated because he received the lowest non-zero number
of votes.
The timelines are as follows for the second round of voting:
June 15, 18:00 UTC - Second-round ballot distributed by secretariat June 21,
15:00 UTC - All ballots from second round must be returned to secretariat

all members of the GNSO may cast to be the winner.

This is how the ASO AC conducted it's Board Member voting round as well. In ours, Jordi Palet Martinez, David Wodelet, and Uchenna Ibekwe were candidates, Ibekwe was eliminated in the first round. The only difference was that we proceeded to the second round immediately.--

The post is not quite correct. The second ballot was distributed approx 2 hours after the results of the first was announced. The Results will be announced on June 21, at 18:00 UTC
