Um... the allusion to Chamberlain refers to brokering peace with an enemy by ceding a strategic advantage. Sic Semper Tyrannis are the words allegedly uttered by Brutus at the assassination of Caesar on the Ides of March, which is a pretty amusing allusion to the soothsayer that Plutarch writes about.
Neither are references which involve Pearl Harbour. Unless I'm missing another case of 2,403 deaths?
