ICANN's power clique are all from the US, they just pick a few token foreigners of like mind for the BoD to make it appear international, and how many of those don't have substantial US ties? Trademark enforcement also largely comes from the US (show me another country with the equivalent of the ACPA), and again they are able to find birds of a feather from elsewhere to flock with. -g
