    Whereas, the following IP Address Block Leasees,
    have never paid any rents on their cyberspace,
    the NRO.NET, an agent for ICANN, hereby orders
    each party to pay $1,000,0000,0000 to the ISOC
    reserve fund to cover legal fees for writing these
    contracts.
