IANA Secretly Being Moved From ICANN by Insiders

You can just feel that consensus growing. That
secret NRO.NET "thing" will now become
"incorporated". Imagine if anyone outside of the
insider's circle floated a vapor company for
years and then secretly created it, staffed it,
and transferred assets from ICANN to it.

What are those IANA assets worth ?
    One billion $$$ per /8 ?
Non-profits of course do all of the proper
    accounting of asset transfers. Riiiight!!!

    NRO Contracts

The Board discussed upcoming contractual matters regarding IANA services and NRO incorporation. The President stated the goal was to have the documents signed at ARIN XVI in Los Angeles, CA in October.
