Twomey is laughing all the way to the bank. He started an off-shore company with Ira Magaziner, one of the king-pins in the Hillary Clinton administration.
Twomey was clearly hand-picked by insiders and forces people watching ICANN never see. ICANN is a puppet show. Prior to ICANN, APNIC was secretly moved from Japan to Australia. One big-picture explanation for the whole situation is that Australia can be counted on to always follow the U.S. lead. They are bobble-heads that love the U.S. economic benefits and do not question the U.S. decisions. Twomey was selected by Sen. Richard Alston who was a major censor-the-net force in Australia. It is all about control freaks selecting control freaks, or people who nod like puppets when the strings are pulled.
2001 The schedule for the Public Forum on 12 March currently is as follows:
* 0845 - Welcome and Introductions (including Dr. Stuart Lynn, new CEO) * 1215 - Welcome from Sen. Richard Alston, Minister of Communications, Australia
