Since many web-sites are not tailored to the SONY WIFI PSP, they will have to be reworked.
Registrars can now add a new URL Redirect service which detects the browser type and redirects based on the user's device.
IP address block red-lining of course gives different content depending on the economic wealth of the source region.
ISOC member's address blocks are sent to the ICANN page.

Where do you get anything to the effect that these PSP (PlayStation Portable) browsers will use anything other than the standard (ICANN) TLD roots?
