Now it seems that InternetNZ (the co.nz registry) is determined to introduce a policy based on the Nominet (the co.uk registry) policy.
Seems from the article "Domain-name body going ahead" http://www.nzherald.co.nz/index.cfm?c_id=5&ObjectI D=10331747 that InternetNZ is more concerned with their legitimacy rather than the fact that the policy is Unfair. Why the unhealthy rush? Why not await the outcome as to whether or not the policy is deemed to be unfair before imposing.
