    Re:Afilias Out-Sources to Dave Farber's .XXX New.N

.XXX [like .TRAVEL] will be create one lawsuit at a time.

Millions of users (with WIFI WRT-54Gs) routers
now resolve the NEW.NET .XXX names.

Those routers can be upgraded for free to also
    resolve NAME.XXX to NAME-XXX.com

Buy BOTH names and you have two paths to success.

ICANN plans to get the U.S. Government to endorse
their cybersquatting on .XXX names. How many
years do you think the U.S. Senate will be
    debating that ?

Write to your U.S. Senator and ask WHY the U.S.
is endorsing ICANN and the ISOC's agendas.

NAME-XXX.com should work for a long time.
For $6 per year, it is worth the insurance.

Have you asked Dave Farber ?

    dave@farber.net

Dave Farber was Jon Postel's academic thesis advisor.

Dave Farber was a top FCC official during the Clinton administration.

Dave Farber's DNS company operates 25+ TLDs.

Dave Farber was one of the people at a secret meeting in Washington D.C. when ICANN was formed and the deals with IBM and Verisign were made.

What .XXX Names Are You Developing ?

Have you registered them with the U.S. PTO ?

Do you have an FCC *whois* FRN to include in AAAA DNS Records ?

Have you mentioned them to Howard Stern ?
