    How embarassing. That would be like saying you
    used to work for ICANN. (or be in their employ)

    Can you imagine interviewing someone who used to
    be employed by ICANN ?

    Q. What were your duties at ICANN ?
    A. Duties ? What are those ?

    Q. What did you do all day ?
    A. Stayed home and watch CNN.

    Q. Is that all ?
    A. No, sometimes I watched FOX News.

    I was appointed by WIPO to the panel that advised it on the UDRP. I dissented from the report. See my Commentary on WIPO's The Management of Internet Names And Addresses: Intellectual Property Issues [miami.edu] . Also available in a pdf version [miami.edu]. You can read more about the WIPO process in : Semi-Private International Rulemaking: Lessons Learned from the WIPO Domain Name Process [miami.edu].

    I also served on the "small drafting committee" -- which is mentioned in ICANN's UDRP: Its Causes and (Partial) Cures, 67 BROOK. L. REV. 605 (2002) [miami.edu].
