This should be on the agenda in Seattle. Also, Afilias has still not sorted out the many locked .info domains from the Sunrise fiasco - almost 4 years later and they still have not unlocked all of the legitimate trademarked ones (I'm suprised the owners have not got together and launched a class action lawsuit already) and the fake ones are still in limbo and should be released for the public.
Due to this gross incompetence, .info should be taken away from Afilias and given to some other company/organization before the contract with ICANN expires next year (there is provision in the contract ICANN signed with Afilias to do this). To think Afilas even has the nerve to bid for.net!
I won't be in Seattle for the conference but this should be a major rallying point to effect change and reform at ICANN.
