Have you not learned that "ICANN's rules" do not apply to the insiders ?
Do you think ISOC insiders get IP address blocks via the RIR processes and "rules" ?
Did you notice that ICANN management and ICANN the company did not have any of the experience required to be a Registrar ? Have you ever talked to a Registrar and heard their first-hand experiences about the insiders being able to paw thru all of their personal information with no concern about who that information is being shared with ? Did you notice that the insiders and ICANN Board members are NOT required to share any similar personal information ?
