"ICANN spends over $150,000 a year on the ALAC"
There is the problem, right in front of you. The $150,000 is too LOW. That is pocket change for world regulators.
You need to add three zeroes and make that $150 million. The Registrars (turkeys) will pay.
BTW, what style limo will you have for the upcoming ICANN meeting ? Are you going with the basic black stretch, with bar and .TV ?
