I also got one of this notifications. And I know where it came from because the only place where I used my email address in the format of neustar@mydomain.com was on http://www.neustar.us/updates/index.html
For example if I sign up with ebay, I would use ebay@mydomain.com. If I get emails that are not from ebay sent to ebay@mydomain.com, then I know that ebay most likely sold my email address or somebody is using it without my permission.
Basically anything@mydomain.com is forwarded to my real email address. I do this to monitor the Spam I receive.
