ICANN is moving up town and rubbing shoulders with the United Nations and the ITU. They have no time for peasants running ccTLDs.
Paul Twitey needs to find his next gig, with one of the International bodies operating out of Geneva Switzerland, New York and Washington, D.C.
ICANN is just a stepping stone in California for the off-shore immigrants on their way to the top of the Swiss Alps which are being moved to Mars. Cerf has his chalet picked out on Mars.
