Was the .ORG Outage a Troll ? a Sting ?
Have people noticed that ICANN insiders seem
to have problems keeping simple DNS servers
running ? and they never explain what went on.
Could it be these outages are **planned** in
order to extract MORE FUNDING for the illusion
of better service in the future ?
Will the ICANN Board be approving large price
increases for .ORG in order to provide more
funding for the Internet Society ? Will those
increases be justified on the grounds that
better servers and networks are needed ?
Will people be distracted from the fact that .ORG is run by the Internet Society with zero
prior experience runing a TLD Registry, and
ISOC has out-sourced it to the PIR which was
created after .ORG was awareded and PIR has
out-sourced the real work to Dave Farber's
company, which claims to operate 20+ other
TLDs, even though no one seems to know what
Will ICANN be finding a different Registry
to run .ORG in light of the failures ?
