WOW, these good old boys play the same game that
the Internet Society plays with the RIRs tossing
the ball around to confuse people and to keep
the game going.
"During the Sea Island Summit, Ireland will hold the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Prime Minister of Ireland, His Excellency Bertie Ahern, T.D., will be attending the Sea Island Summit in his capacity as President of the Council of the European Union. The Presidency of the Council of the European Union rotates between member nations of the EU. Ireland took over the Presidency in January of 2004."
