As long as there are numbers of ISPs selling DSL access with IP number changing every 24 hours any idea of "logging or limiting by IP address" is bad.
Consider also that some of ICANNwatch readers (and occasional writers) cannot sign.
But of course you can close that site, it is just up to you.
