Just what illegal substances are you ingesting, injecting, or smoking? Access to .ORG sites is included in any Internet access that I know of, and it wouldn't be proper to call anything "Internet access" if it didn't have access to all TLDs. On the other hand, .XXX and .TRAVEL don't (yet) exist on the real Internet (only for people with new.net plugins, which have no official status on the Internet), so I wouldn't expect them to work with any particular Internet access method.
