While Vinton Cerf and the other cronies of Jon Postel restrain trade and prevent other companies from entering the marketplace, Jon Postel's thesis advisor, Dave Farber, and other cronies are quietly pulling in the 2-letter TLDs for their personal profit, all for the community good of course.
They now appear to have 23 TLDs including .ORG.

According to the list of ccTLDs on the IANA site, .pw is the country code for Palau, a Pacific island nation. See here: http://www.iana.org/root-whois/pw.htm
The PW Registry plan doesn't look any different than plans by other companies that buy the rights to sell ccTLDs to consumers, like .la for Laos, .tv for Tuvalu, .md for Moldova, etc etc. Don't be fooled the .pw is a brand new two letter TLD extension, it is no different than .cc or .ws.
