cambler says: "If you do not wish to believe that I operate in an honest and ethical manner, then there's not much more I can do to convince you ..."
I believe that today, but my judgement may be poor, like ICANN's. So don't take it personally when I say there MUST be serious accountability safeguards brought into the mix. You (cambler) shouldn't have to wade through knee-deep negativity in forums defending your virtue. Your claims about your good character shouldn't matter, nor should they be necessary. The system should adhere to contracts, and violators, like Afilias, Domain Bank, Directi, and even Neulevel, should have their feet held to the fire.
Everyone in this forum knows (and I'm surprised Karl is such a wuss on this)those contracts between ICANN, the registries, and the registrars, aren't worth the paper they are printed on. ICANN is not true to its word, and NO new TLDs should be awarded until the responsibility for awarding them is delegated to a different authority centered in the USA. This corporate nonsense we know have is for the birds.
