Corporate overreach of Trademark Rights - preventing people lawfully using dictionary words.
Aided and Abetted by the corrupt people within UN WIPO (WIPO.org).
As very recently demonstrated with nhn.com [wipo.int] decision.
The Complainant KNEW that the intials had untold number of legitimate uses - they even offered $50,000 for the Domain Name.
The Defendant did not sell - so Complainant took it to corrupt UN WIPO's UDRP - which gave them the desired result.
As is quite usual - the defendant tried to prevent NHN Corporation overreaching mark by changing use of the domain.
The defendant was doing nothing illegal with the domain at any time.
Fact: To prevent others using these initials when they are doing nothing unlawful is trademark overreach.
