And, in step with the rollout delays for the approved TLDs, you also have the continual delays in creating true, open competition.
ICANN continues to limit the competition in the TLD space for no good reason.
I suspect that this lawsuit will benefit those waiting to become registries, as well.

Thanks to your guidance, ICANN lumps IOD together with Leah Gallegos's .biz, and New.net. That is, you are considered pirates in the domain space.
Suing Jon Postel didn't help either ... duh!
