I had already applied the patch before I read this article. So, your ICANNWatch linked appeared as "http://icann.org@icannwatch.org/" but linked to "http://www.icannwatch.org/". What would it link to if the patch weren't applied?

It also links to "http://www.icannwatch.org/". By my understanding with the patch it shouldn't link you to either icann.org or icannwatch.org, it should give you a page saying: Invalid syntax error See Explanation of the change in the default behavior here [microsoft.com]. Perhaps the patch didn't take or is faulty, it is MicroSoft after all. -g
