There are a lot of good law firms out there. Isn't there an onus on the Board to tender out some of the work, and not put all its eggs in one basket, to become overly dependant on one law firm? Someone else might be able to do equally good work for half the rates, too, savings that can then be passed on to domain registrars/registries (through lower fees) and ultimately passed on to consumers.
